Orders typically process within a few business days before shipment. During launches, restocks, holidays, or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping confirmation and tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package on its way to you.

Warm weather shipping
Because our candles are made with a premium coconut-soy wax blend, minor sweating or softening may occur during warmer weather. This is normal and does not affect candle performance. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Delivery timing
Delivery timelines vary based on the shipping carrier and destination. Once a package is in transit, carrier delays may occur and are outside our control.

Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrectly entered addresses.
