Let the wax melt edge to edge on the first burn, usually 2 to 3 hours. Trim the wick before each relight, and avoid burning longer than 4 hours at a time.
Minor sweating in warmer weather is normal and does not affect performance. If your candle arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours.
Trim to about 1/4 inch before each burn. This helps reduce soot, keeps the flame steady, and extends burn life.
Absolutely. Freeze the jar to remove leftover wax, wash with warm soapy water, and reuse it for brushes, pens, matches, or keepsakes.
This is normal with natural wax blends. It does not affect performance; it is simply a characteristic of coconut-soy wax.
