At The Bodacious Shop, every candle is hand-poured in small batches with care. Because our products are personal-use home goods, we ask that you review our policy below before purchasing.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on used or burned candles.

However, we will gladly assist if your item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your candle arrives broken, cracked, or significantly damaged during shipping:

• Please email us within 48 hours of delivery
• Include your order number
• Attach clear photos of the damage and packaging

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or store credit.


Incorrect Items

If you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours and we will correct the issue promptly.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that window, orders enter processing and cannot be modified or canceled.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank to process the return.

Scent Preferences

Because scent is personal, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges based on fragrance preference. We recommend reviewing scent notes carefully before purchasing.
